Nestled in the foothills of the Smokey Mountains, Knoxville, TN based SolVIS, Inc was founded in 2013 by Augustin and Lindsey Manolache. With many years of prior experience in the machine vision and traffic camera industry, the Manolache’s had a clear VISION in mind. That vision, to become a partner to our clients by adding a value that far surpasses machine vision, is still our driving force today. A partnership that provides exponential growth for our clients and delivers bottom line value. With rapid growth in the following few years, SolVIS now employs a staff of controls engineers, mechanical engineers, algorithm/software engineers, and mechanical/electrical technicians. While machine vision remains SolVIS’ core competency, track and traceability, controls systems service, MES/SCADA integration, software development, and robotics have become a large portion of SolVIS’ business.
